Assist – Natural Health Fellowship is a private charitable abundance Trust established for a high humanitarian purpose.
It acts as the parent structure of its initiatives, custodian of its founding principles, and archive of its institutional and documentary record.
Its fields of action include:
- research into natural health and related phenomena;
- information, education and training;
- publishing and cultural activities;
- environmental protection and the rational use of natural resources;
- naturalness, self-sufficiency and the preservation of craft skills;
- charitable and mutual-aid activities; social and community support;
- promotion of human rights.
Beneficiaries of the Trust are the men and women who request to join through Assist or Natural Health Fellowship, are accepted as members, and accept the Statute.

Within the scope of the purposes and activities defined by the Trust Deed, Assist has developed independent initiatives in specific fields of action.

Natural Health Fellowship
The health and energy initiative of Assist, dedicated to research, information and practical experience in the fields of natural health, fasting, self-awareness, abundance, and the physical, emotional and vibrational dimensions of human life.
TiRifoCasa
An initiative for the enhancement of residential interiors through an exchange of value: design, renewal and care of a home in return for its temporary use. Active in Italy.
Support Assist
Voluntary contributions support the institutional activities of Assist – Natural Health Fellowship and the development and maintenance of its initiatives.
Donations are used within the purposes of the Trust and do not confer membership or beneficiary status.
